Manifestation continued…
Visualisation is a powerful tool to use when working with manifestation. We truly are powerful creative beings, we are creating all of the time whether we realize it or not, so why not create consciously what you truly desire to experience for yourself as well as for the good of all.
In my last post Manifestation, I spoke about some areas that may be hindering your manifestation and creative abilities, many of us are creating unconsciously from our subconscious mind and from our unhealed wounds, which may be the reason you’re experiencing suffering, stress, illness, disease, and recurring patterns, addictions, and experiences. If you haven’t read my Manifestation post, i recommend to start there.
Let’s start with a fun exercise…
You can close your eyes if you feel to. Connect to your breath and notice that beautiful inflow, the receiving of this life force energy, and the exhale, the release, the surrender, the letting go and dropping into your body and heart. Do this for at least 5 full breaths, more if you feel to.
Notice the sensations, the relaxation, the connection to your heart and to your essence. Allow some moments here. Just being, noticing, feeling.
From this place, ask yourself “What do i want to experience now?”
Let yourself wander, still noticing your breath and the relaxation in your body, welcoming all thoughts, feelings and sensations. Allow some moments.
Ask yourself… “What have i been choosing to experience?” Notice what comes up with this question. What have you been experiencing in your life up to this now moment? No judgement, no criticism, just noticing, feeling, and opening yourself up to receive the insights.
Ask yourself… “Is this serving me?”, “Is this what i want to continue experiencing?” If the answers to these are no, ask yourself “Okay, what do i need to release in order to create and experience what i do truly want to experience now?”
Continue to allow your mind to wander, noticing all the physical sensations and emotions that are within you. When you’re ready take 3 cleansing breaths, in through the nose, sigh out the mouth, let out some sound and feel the vibration moving through your body, release!
Journal anything that came up for you.
Now for the Visualization tool
Let’s get super clear on what it is you are now choosing to create. Get specific!
What do you truly desire to experience?
How do you want to feel?
How does this experience look in your physical reality?
Write it all down, all the details, as much detail as you possible can. You want to be able to feel this experience, see the experience in vivid detail, smell the scent of your experience, touch the experience with your awareness, hear the experience.
When you’re writing out your manifestation it is important to write in present tense, like you’re experiencing it write now. Hold your manifestation in your mind, see yourself sitting in this experience with your journal and write from that place, what are you doing, where are you, what do you see, feel, hear, smell, notice. Imagine you are in this experience that you are creating and journaling about the experience. Remember we’re not speaking of the past or the future, we are speaking, writing and manifesting in the present always.
As you write, notice how you feel in your body, in your heart, in your beingness.
I recommend writing on a physical piece of paper, if you use technology, print it out when you’re done if you’re able to.
Hold this writing in your hands and feel the energy of it, feel it with every cell of your being, anchor that sensation in by placing your hand on an area of your body and saying aloud “i anchor this feeling of (name the feeling) in my (name area of the body) now”. Take a few deep breaths and allow yourself to sit in this space for some moments.
You can keep this letter if you wish to and reread as often as you feel to, or to amplify the manifestation process i recommend burning the paper. As you burn it, visualize your manifestation being sent to the Universe, release any expectations and fears around not receiving your manifestation, let it all go. Trust the process. Remember you are a POWERFUL creator being of love and light. You’ve got this!

“I am so grateful to receive this experience now, thank you, thank you, thank you” Feel the genuineness of your gratitude.
If you do not feel genuinely grateful, is there something that is in need of being felt and released? Ask yourself… “What am i holding on to? What is here to be acknowledged, felt, and expressed?” Notice what comes through, you can use tools such as breathwork to support you in releasing this so that you can consciously manifest the life you truly want now.
Please note.. it took me many years to feel genuine gratitude due to deep unhealed wounds and heavy energy that i was carrying with me, i didn’t feel grateful to be living an experience of suffering and so this was very hard for me. Once i was able to release a lot of this heaviness i was able to experience genuine gratitude for simply being alive and that’s when my physical reality transformed.
