I'm currently working with two amazing crystal beings. These incredible alchemy bowls draw their power from the quartz crystal made to create the bowl as well as the additional crystals that have been added in during the creation process, note and hertz frequency gives additional benefits which isn't discovered until after the bowl is created. One of my bowls, Marla, is made of 99.99% pure quartz, Selenite, and Androgynous Indium, in the note of D# which corresponds to the sacral chakra, although I feel the energy of this magnificent bowl ripple throughout my entire body and so do those who experience her energy. Selenite is the sonic wand of healing. The sound of selenite can be directed with laser-like intention to work on specific areas of the body or used to cut away etheric disharmony, disease, or blocked energy. It is about opening the heart fully to giving and receiving love and embodying radiant health. It allows us to be more kind and open and compassionate to others in the process of living in this human body. Green Heart Ocean Gold carries the power of the ocean in an ongoing, healing stream, in an ebb and flow of golden green energy. Sacred Chimes

I use a combination of chimes in my work.

Elfen Chakra Chimes, individually handcrafted energy chime bars, in the colors of the rainbow, each colour relating to one of the chakras. They are tuned to the scale of C major, which are most widely accepted as the chakra frequencies in the A 432 Hz tuning system. They can be used for chakra balancing, energy clearing and a deeply relaxing sound massage. These chimes are so powerful especially when played on an individual's body, placing them on the corresponding chakras helps to balance the chakras. Everyone has a completely unique experience and receives exactly what they need at that time. I've had clients who experience physical tension release, deep relaxation, astral travel, as well as emotions rising up to the surface and being released. These chimes offer deep soulful healing, as well as deep relaxation, encouraging the body to come back into harmonic alignment, helping you to feel more balanced, clear, confident, and at ease.

Phi ratio chimes, the sacred Phi ratio of 8:13 is also known as the Golden Mean which is the fundamental principle behind all natural phenomena and sacred geometry. The perfection in the spiral of a nautilus shell for example represents the phi ratio. When played simultaneously, these chimes produce an “angelic” spiraling effect. which triggers states of deep meditation and altered consciousness when used in a “sacred space”. Also used to activate the neural pathways in the brain and balance both hemispheres.

The Flower of Life chimes are made up of an F# major chord in the 432 Hz Pythagorean tuning system. The notes are F# A# C# F#, and the frequencies are 720 Hz, 900 Hz, 1080 Hz and 1440 Hz, which are all harmonics of the 360 Hz F#. 360 Hertz is a frequency that is known to bring sensations of balance, joy and healing. It is also the frequency the Earth creates in space according to NASA astronauts.

Solfeggio 528 Hz Chimes, the third Solfeggio frequency of 528 Hz, known as MI the tone of transformation and miracles, derives from the phrase “MI-ra gestorum” in Latin meaning “miracle.” This is the exact frequency used by genetic biochemists to repair broken DNA – the genetic blueprint upon which life is based! These original sound frequencies were apparently used in Ancient Gregorian Chants that church authorities say were lost centuries ago.

Koshi Wind Chimes, an authentic musical instrument, an original creation of high quality. Handmade at the foot of the Pyrenean mountains, each chime is the result of meticulous craftsmanship. Maple helps you release disappointment and disillusionment at a change in form or the termination of a relationship. You are encouraged to extend unconditional love to the other by affirming the positive qualities of that person. Maple also tells you to focus unconditional love toward yourself and affirm your own gifts to the relationship. As you do this you will experience more peace. Unconditional love for another always connects you with that person and comforts you with your own strength.

Elk Hide: When we are working in the West on the Medicine Wheel – the Water, emotions, shadow self – then Elk Medicine gives us the stamina and endurance to get through the edges, from the known to the unknown. As we go through our fears, we expand ourselves and add more trust to our circle. Trust is the lubricant that helps us take the “leap of faith” that leads us to unity with spirit and to a reclaiming of our original grace. Elk is powerful medicine for healing child abuse and addictive patterns. The Elk will bring up our unresolved grief and help purify and cleanse us through crying and grieving our sweet tears. The vibration of Elk opens the third Chakra, the belly, where we carry our fears and undigested values that interfere with our pure will. The Elk is a communal animal, hanging out with members of the same sex except during mating season.

Lastly, I use Tingsha Cymbal Bells, these are two cymbals connected by a leather cord, when struck together produce a high pitched sound frequency that is soothing and relaxing. They assist in space clearing, cleansing the air, and creating a pure atmosphere to breathe in, which can assist in curing respiratory disorders. By allowing the free flow of positive Chi energy whilst also dissolving negative energy, these incredible cymbal bells help you to relax deeply and calm the constant chatter in the mind, helping to decrease anxiety.
